Bio Grade Peptide does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. The only remedy available is a replacement shipment for orders with verified shipping damage, subject to review and approval by Bio Grade Peptide.

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the Bio Grade Peptide website at www.biogradepeptide.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy. All products sold by Bio Grade Peptide are research-grade compounds intended exclusively for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes.

All Sales Are Final

Bio Grade Peptide does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. No exceptions are made outside of the verified shipping damage replacement process described in this Policy.

Due to the specialized nature of our research compounds, all purchases are considered final at the time of checkout. We do not accept returned products under any circumstances, and no refunds or exchanges are issued for correctly shipped orders.

We encourage all customers to contact our support team with any product questions before placing an order. Our team is available at support@biogradepeptide.com.

  • No refunds are issued for any reason outside of this Policy.
  • No returns are accepted once an order has shipped.
  • No exchanges are offered.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Products shipped correctly as ordered are not eligible for any remedy.

Situations That Do Not Qualify

The following situations are not eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, or any other remedy. Please review this list carefully before contacting support:

  • Change of mind or decision not to proceed with intended research.
  • Ordering the wrong product, compound, concentration, or quantity.
  • Misunderstanding of product specifications or descriptions.
  • Research results that did not meet expectations.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with research outcomes.
  • Improper handling, misuse, or use outside of lawful research purposes.
  • Improper storage following delivery.
  • Refusal of delivery or failure to retrieve a package.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside Bio Grade Peptide’s control.

Shipping & Verified Damage Replacements

The only remedy available under this Policy is a replacement shipment for orders where shipping damage is verified by Bio Grade Peptide. We stand behind the quality of our products and take damaged shipment reports seriously.

How to Report Shipping Damage

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery as shown in carrier tracking. Claims submitted after this window may not be reviewed. To submit a claim, email support@biogradepeptide.com with the subject line: Damaged Shipment — [Your Order Number].

Your claim must include all of the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the outer shipping box from all sides.
  • Clear photographs of the shipping label.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product(s).
  • A brief written description of the damage.

Incomplete submissions may delay review. Bio Grade Peptide reserves the right to request additional documentation before reaching a determination.

Shipment Verification

Every order is verified and documented prior to shipment. Bio Grade Peptide maintains records of order contents, packaging, and carrier handoff for all shipments. This documentation is used to assess damage claims and ensure the accuracy of all shipments leaving our facility. Damage claims are reviewed against these records as part of our standard investigation process.

Submissions that are inconsistent with shipment records, or that cannot be verified through the required documentation, will not be approved. Bio Grade Peptide takes the integrity of its claims process seriously and reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the standards set forth in this Policy.

Replacement Shipment — Sole Remedy

A replacement shipment is the sole and exclusive remedy for verified shipping damage. No refunds, store credits, or cash reimbursements are issued under any circumstances.

  • Approved replacements will be of the same product and quantity as the original damaged item(s).
  • One replacement shipment is available per verified damage incident.
  • No refund will be issued in lieu of or in addition to a replacement.
  • No store credit or cash reimbursement will be issued under this Policy.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Bio Grade Peptide ships to the address provided and cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from customer-submitted address errors.

  • Orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement, refund, or any other remedy.
  • If you need to correct an address before shipment, contact us immediately at support@biogradepeptide.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing.
  • Once an order has been tendered to the carrier, address changes are outside of Bio Grade Peptide’s control.
  • Packages returned due to an undeliverable or incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, subject to Bio Grade Peptide’s approval.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or order, we encourage you to contact our support team directly at support@biogradepeptide.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. Most concerns can be addressed more quickly through direct communication.

Bio Grade Peptide maintains records for all transactions, including order confirmations, shipping confirmations, carrier tracking and delivery data, customer communications, and checkout policy acknowledgments. These records may be submitted in response to any chargeback or dispute investigation.

Bio Grade Peptide reserves the right to respond to and contest chargebacks or disputes that are inconsistent with the terms of this Policy or the documented facts of the transaction. This is a standard exercise of our rights as a merchant and reflects our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our order process.

Disputes filed on grounds expressly addressed by this Policy — including change of mind, ordering errors, or carrier delays — fall outside the scope of available remedies. Relevant policy terms and transaction documentation will be provided to the applicable payment processor or financial institution in response to such disputes.
