Purchaser Qualifications and Representations
By placing an order with Bio Grade Peptide, you represent, warrant, and covenant as follows:

You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer the Products to any unauthorized individual or entity, and you will not resell the Products in a manner that violates applicable laws or these Terms, including without limitation the research-use-only restrictions set forth herein.
You understand and acknowledge that the Products may present health and safety hazards. You have independently assessed the risks associated with the Products and have implemented appropriate safety protocols, industrial hygiene practices, and regulatory controls to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the public.
Bio Grade Peptide reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including without limitation orders placed by individuals who do not appear to meet the qualifications set forth in this Section.

Shipping and Delivery
Bio Grade Peptide ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders; please refer to our website for current shipping thresholds and carrier options.
Standard shipping is processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before the published cutoff time on a business day will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-business days will ship the following business day.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes may require the use of alternate carriers. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be aware that expedited guaranteed delivery may not be available. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend providing a physical street address.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Bio Grade Peptide is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control that affect delivery timing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the purchaser upon tender of the product to the carrier. Once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Bio Grade Peptide is not responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery, theft, or loss.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must document the damage with photographs at the time of receipt and notify Bio Grade Peptide within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting us at support@biogradepeptide.com. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution. Approved damage claims will be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact support@biogradepeptide.com within five (5) business days of the stated delivery date. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation. Resolution timelines are dependent on the carrier’s investigation process.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Due to the specialized nature of our research compounds and applicable regulatory requirements, Bio Grade Peptide cannot accept returns of opened or used products. All sales are final except as provided below.
- Products that arrive damaged in transit (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).
- Incorrect products shipped due to fulfillment error on Bio Grade Peptide’s part.
- Products that do not conform to stated purity specifications as documented by Certificate of Analysis.
- Orders confirmed as lost in transit following carrier investigation.
- Duplicate orders placed in error, if reported before shipment.
- Opened or used products, regardless of reason.
- Products stored improperly following delivery.
- Orders canceled after shipment has been initiated.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Claims submitted more than thirty (30) days after the date of delivery.
To initiate a return or refund request, contact Bio Grade Peptide at support@biogradepeptide.com with your order number, a description of the issue, relevant photographs, and any applicable batch or lot numbers. We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and work to resolve verified issues promptly. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Bio Grade Peptide takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly at support@biogradepeptide.com to resolve any order disputes before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith is a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback that Bio Grade Peptide determines to be unwarranted or fraudulent, we reserve the right to (a) contest the chargeback with supporting documentation, (b) suspend or permanently ban your account, (c) report the activity to applicable fraud prevention services, and (d) pursue collection through legal means for the full amount owed, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Bio Grade Peptide employs fraud detection and identity verification measures. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent, to request additional verification from the purchaser, and to report suspected fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities.
